By using PawSivo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
PawSivo is a pet care management web application providing reminders, health tracking, expense tracking, and AI assistance for pet owners.
3. Subscription and Billing
- Free plan: available at no cost with limited features
- Basic plan: $1.99/month or $16.99/year (launch pricing)
- Premium plan: $4.99/month or $39.99/year (launch pricing)
- Lifetime plans available as one-time purchases
- Payments processed securely by Creem
- Launch pricing guaranteed for early subscribers
4. Free Trial
- Basic plan includes a 7-day free trial
- Premium plan includes a 14-day free trial
- No charge until trial period ends
- Cancel anytime before trial ends to avoid charges
5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 7 days
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse PawSivo or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. AI Assistant
The AI pet assistant provides general information only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
PawSivo is provided as-is. DashCraftCo is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of PawSivo constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
